The Industrial Painter’s responsibilities and duties include safely preparing the surface to bind to the paint, mixing the paint, applying paint in the desired color and amount per specifications to ensure high quality finish and appearance as directed by the Lead Industrial Painter and per company standards.
As a part of the Engineering Department, the Process Engineer I position is responsible for process engineering; startup, troubleshooting and production of chemical products in the plant; support for process hazard analyses and other facets of the safety program. The Process Engineer I also assures proper process information is developed, reviewed and made available.

Prepares, defines, develops, implements, maintains, and improves environmental and training programs for full compliance with federal, regional, state, and local regulatory environmental requirements and Amvac corporate objectives.
The Instrument & Electrical (I&E) Technician will troubleshoot and repair the industrial process instruments, electronics and test equipment to maximize operations for AMVAC’s Specialty Chemical Manufacturing plant. AMVAC’s I&E Technician installs, repairs, maintains, adjusts and calibrates indicating, recording, metering and controlling instruments used to control and measure variables such as level, pressure, flow, temperature, analytical, pH, motion, force and chemical composition. The I&E Technician adheres to standard I&E procedures and techniques and follows safe work practices at all times.
Chemical Manufacturing Supervisor with specialty chemical manufacturing and production experience who is responsible for hands-on supervision of lead operators / shift leaders and their teams for an operational chemical process unit needed immediately. The Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager and is accountable for the safe, continuous and efficient operations resulting in desired quantity and quality of products for our essential business.
AMVAC’s Chemical Operator monitors and makes adjustments to the chemical processes manually and through automatic remote means while focusing on plant safety and operating at peak efficiency. The Chemical Operator is responsible for recording data consistently and maintaining logs accurately.
The Production Planner is responsible for calculating and requesting raw materials and packaging materials needed for upcoming production campaigns while maintaining an accurate physical inventory of plant site. This person works closely with Corporate personnel.
AMVAC’s Maintenance Mechanic installs, repairs, maintains, adjusts and overhauls pumps, gearboxes, centrifuges, pipe fitting, and overall cares for all the equipment in a busy, 24x7x365 operating chemical plant. Safety is a top priority. This is a key position that contributes to the overall safety and well-being of the manufacturing plant and AMVAC’s employees.
