Before joining American Vanguard, Dak served in a variety of senior leadership roles at Albaugh LLC, a top ten global crop protection company. His last role was President, North America, which is the company’s largest region. Previously he was Group Chief Commercial Officer, where he oversaw North America, Europe, Brazil, Argentina, and Latin America regions. Mr. Kaye also served as President of the European region for seven years. Prior to his work at Albaugh, Dak was the CFO and a Director at a non-crop subsidiary of the crop protection company, Adama, and previously held the role of Co-CEO at an international automotive logistics organization. Mr. Kaye began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP. He has a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both from Auburn University. Mr. Kaye is on the Executive Board of the industry group CropLife America (CLA).

Mr. Donnelly is Chief Information Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining American Vanguard he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at DDi Corp. (Nasdaq: DDIC), a publicly held printed circuit board manufacturer. There, Mr. Donnelly managed a broad array of legal responsibilities including business plan and strategy development, SEC filings, M&A, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance issues, securities offerings and private placements, as well as negotiations with the EPA. From 1991 to 2000 he served as Assistant General Counsel at Rockwell International Corporation where he handled M&A, various licensing agreements, and corporate litigation for the company. From 1986 to 1990 Mr. Donnelly was an Associate with the law firm Latham & Watkins where his responsibilities included corporate transactional work and civil litigation. Mr. Donnelly holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from John Carroll University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Law School.

Michael J. DiPaola serves as Chief Commercial Officer at American Vanguard Corporation. Previously at American Vanguard, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Marketing, & R&D, leading strategic initiatives, product development, regulatory and government affairs, mergers and acquisitions, marketing strategies, and research and development. In that capacity, he drove innovation and growth across the company's agricultural and specialty product pipelines. Prior to American Vanguard, Mr. DiPaola was Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager at Taranis, an AI-powered crop intelligence platform, where he directed global sales, marketing, and customer success. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Syngenta and Southern States Cooperative with responsibilities spanning sales, marketing, finance, M&A, and IT. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. DiPaola's expertise encompasses crop protection, seeds, and agricultural technology across diverse global regions and crops. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a post-master’s degree in financial analysis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, all from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Jared brings extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management and operations across the ag-chemical, crop protection, life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. With a strong background in sourcing, vendor management, S&OP implementation, logistics and lean manufacturing, he leads our global supply chain strategy—enhancing efficiency across sourcing, contract manufacturing, planning and logistics. His leadership is critical in strengthening operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring supply chain excellence globally.

Mr. Johnson has served as Chief Financial Offer of the Company since March 7, 2008. He served as Finance Director for Amcor Flexibles UK Ltd., a five hundred million dollar manufacturer of decorative packaging and a subsidiary of Amcor, a multibillion dollar corporation based in Australia from June 2003 through March 2008. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Finance for Sterer Engineering, a subsidiary of Eaton Aerospace, an eight billion dollar Cleveland based multinational company from April 2001 through June 2003. David earned his business degree from the University of Coventry in Great Britain and is certified as a Chartered Financial Accountant.

Ms. Shirin Khosravi joined American Vanguard in the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources in October 2023. Ms. Khosravi brings to this assignment over 30 years of progressive international HR experience in multiple Fortune 500 companies such as Dover Corporation, CRH and Holcim. In those roles, she has demonstrated extensive accomplishments in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, process standardization and large-scale transformation and change management. She has considerable experience aligning people programs to business strategy and high-performance culture. Ms. Khosravi holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the Edith Cowan University in Australia and Executive MBA from Western University’s Ivey Business School in Canada.

Nolteanous Gilliam, Senior Vice President, Manufacturing, served in a variety of leadership roles in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement at DuPont, an industrial materials and solutions company, prior to joining American Vanguard in 2023. In his last role at DuPont as Supply Chain Leader, he was responsible for a group of value chains including high performance fibers, protective garments, and non-woven structures. He successfully led several manufacturing units, supply chains, and operational excellence implementations over his time with DuPont across various businesses to include engineered polymers, fluoroelastomers, and crop protection. Mr. Gilliam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

Mr. Bennett is responsible for AMVAC’s national sales strategy while also overseeing multiple regional business units and AMVAC’s U.S. key account management team and customer service team. Bennett is a 23-year veteran of U.S. agribusiness who previously served for eight years as AMVAC’s Regional Business Manager for the Southeast, where he consistently demonstrated expertise and commitment to AMVAC’s mission by successfully leading a team serving the Southwest, Mid-South, and East Coast. Upon joining AMVAC in 2016, he brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from previous sales and marketing roles with Syngenta and Dow AgroSciences. He holds a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas and an MBA, Marketing, from Arkansas State University.

Mr. Young joined American Vanguard as Director of Investor Relations in April 2024. With 15 years of equity research, M&A, and strategic analysis, he brings valuable insights to the AVD team. Prior to joining the company, he served in key roles at American Battery Technology Company as Director of Investor Relations and Business Development. Prior to that he served as the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Edendale Capital, a long/short hedge fund focusing on automation, mobility, and clean energy. He holds an MS, Electrical Engineering, from the University of Southern California and an MBA, Finance, from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
