Official Rules

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are employed by an agricultural chemicals retailer that made at least one (1) purchase of AMVAC® corn or soybean crop protection products at any time between February 24th, 2026 and December 31, 2026, are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry ("Entrant"). Employees, officers and directors of AMVAC® Chemical Corporation ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, (and their respective dependents, immediate family members [parents, children, siblings and spouse]) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in or win the AMVAC® APPLE AIRPODS® ("Sweepstakes").
  3. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on February 24th at 12:00:00 am CT and ends on December 31st, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").
  4. HOW TO ENTER:
    Online Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must complete the form on amvac.com/qa. An entry is not accepted until the form is completed.
    You may only earn a maximum of one (1) Entry per person, regardless of entry method, throughout the Sweepstakes. All eligible Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026. All Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor. No automatic, programmed, robotic, or similar means of entry are permitted.
    1. Entries must be family-friendly, and must not contain unsafe behavior or situations, profanity, nudity, pornographic images, explicit sexual themes, graphic violence, disparaging, hateful, racist, defamatory, slanderous or libelous statements or material considered illegal or immoral.
    2. Entries may not contain an advertisement or a solicitation of any business or product.
    3. Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred in the production and delivery of any Entries.
    4. Except where prohibited by state law, Entrants agree to and understand that Entries (including comments) may be made available to the public, including but not limited to posting on the internet. Whether or not Entries are published on the internet, Sponsor does not guarantee any confidentiality of any Entry.
    5. By submitting an Entry, the Entrant agrees to grant and assign to Sponsor all intellectual property rights in the Entry and each of its constituent parts, which rights include, without limitation, all right, title and interest in the copyright, including the right to apply for copyright and obtain registration in the name of the Sponsor, the Sponsor's right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify any submission in any way, make available to the public and/or reproduce the Entry through any media without limitation, for commercial or non-commercial use, and without additional consideration to the Entrant. In addition, Entrant warrants that any so called "moral rights" in the Entry have been waived and Entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may use any ideas from any Entry or other submitted materials, whether or not Entrant has been awarded a prize in connection with any such Entry or other materials.
    6. Any entry that does not comply with the above restrictions or any other requirement specified herein is subject to disqualification. In the event of disqualification, the associated entry will not be accepted for the Sweepstakes nor will the person submitting the entry be entered into the Sweepstakes. Furthermore, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline any entry for the Sweepstakes for any reason.
  5. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Apple AirPods® will be given at AMVAC's discretion to those who submit a question. On or about the first of each month in 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Approximate retail value of all prizes is $250.
  6. WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION: The winning Entrants will be awarded prizes, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all of the terms of these rules. If a winner is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of a prize for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winners will receive prize notification by receipt of their gift card via USPS registered mail within three (3) weeks of selection as a prize winner.
  7. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Entrants in the Sweepstakes must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements, the determination of which is at Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Sponsor has no obligation for reimbursement or replacement of any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner is responsible for any damage or loss associated with the use or enjoyment of the prize. No substitution of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all expenses associated with prizes, including any costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. Means of delivery of prizes is at Sponsor's sole discretion. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees, and consents to the Sponsor's (and those acting under Sponsor's authority) use and posting of the winner's name, picture/portrait, likeness, voice and/or any/all submitted materials for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation, further consideration, or further compensation except where prohibited by law. BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT RELEASES, INDEMNIFIES AND HOLDS HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSOR'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and void where prohibited.
  8. MISCELLANEOUS: Once submitted, all Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer (including hardware and/or software) related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected Entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  9. PRIVACY: Personal information collected from Sweepstakes Entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, and may also be used to provide Entrants with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of Entrants with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes.   10. DISPUTES: Each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
  11.
